October 24, 2001 MICHIGAN AEROSPACE HAS A NEW ADDRESS Michigan Aerospace Corporation is pleased to announce the expansion
of its Ann Arbor based facilities. The move was prompted by increased
sales and anticipated growth in each of the companys core business
sectors. The new facilities will include significantly more laboratory
space, fabrication and assembly areas, as well as offices to accommodate
new staff. As a result of this new growth, Michigan Aerospace is seeking
key personnel for engineering and administrative positions. Please see

October 18, 2001 AS9100 CERTIFICATION INITIATED To ensure continued improvement in quality and customer satisfaction, Michigan Aerospace is embarking on ISO9000 and AS9100 Certification. October 15, 2001 NEW MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE ACCOMPANIES OUR CORPORATE-WIDE GROWTH In response to an increase in corporate growth and emerging business opportunities, a new management structure has been implemented at Michigan Aerospace Corporation. Carl A. Nardell, formerly Vice President and Chief Engineer, has been appointed to the position the Chief Executive Officer and will be responsible for all financial and engineering operations. Peter Tchoryk, formerly Director of Business Development, will now serve as the Executive Vice President and will be responsible for all business development, marketing and personnel. Paul Hays will continue to serve as the President of Michigan Aerospace Corporation. Lennard A. Fisk (former NASA Associate Administrator for Space Science and Applications and formerly CEO of Michigan Aerospace Corporation) will become the Chairman of the Board of Directors. June 24, 2001 MICHIGAN AEROSPACE CORPORATION PARTICIPATES IN THE AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY RELAY FOR LIFE Michigan Aerospace Corporation sponsored a relay team and raised capital to support the American Cancer Society's fight against cancer. The team publically raised the level of cancer awarness, and honored those who have battled cancer. mission go to www.earth.nasa.gov/missions/ref_web/mpicasso.htm May 23, 2001 MICHIGAN AEROSPACE IS PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THAT IT HAS BEEN AWARDED A PHASE I SBIR FROM THE AIR FORCE FOR DEVELOPMENT OF A MULTIFUNCTION WIND MEASUREMENT SENSOR FOR A REUSABLE LAUNCH VEHICLE (RLV) Michigan Aerospace will design a multifunction sensor to provide near and far field air data products. This sensor is intended for use in a reusable launch vehicle such as the Air Force Space Maneuver Vehicle (SMV) program. May 1, 2001 MICHIGAN AEROSPACE EXPANDS INTO A SECOND FACILITY Michigan Aerospace Corporation expanded into a second facility on May 1, 2001. This expansion comes as the result of diversification and record sales. Administration, analysts and marketing will remain in the present facility. Research, engineering and manufacturing activities have moved to the new facility. This facility includes 7,000 square feet with new laboratories and a class 10,000 clean room.
